A practice
built from the
inside out

My work did not begin in a classroom. It began with my own body — with years of navigating chronic pain, hypermobility, anxiety, and the profound search for tools that could genuinely help. Everything I offer my clients, I have first sought for myself.

The beginning

A search for
something real

My vocation began not in a classroom but in my own body — navigating a period of profound anxiety and unexplained articular pain. It was Reiki that first allowed me to feel truly at home in my own skin. It remains the foundation of everything I do today.

Clinical foundation

Grounding intuition
in evidence

In 2018, I began building a rigorous professional clinical career. As someone living with hypermobility, I spent years navigating chronic back pain and frequent injuries. This lived experience drove me to understand the reality of the human frame from the inside out — and to become the kind of practitioner I once needed myself.

Breath & movement

The 900-hour
immersion

To deepen my understanding of the body's internal rhythms, I completed a 900-hour immersive Yoga Teacher Training — going far beyond the postural, with focused study in breathwork, nervous system philosophy, and somatic awareness. It gave me a richer lens on how we move, how we breathe, and how we hold tension long before it becomes injury. This understanding runs through everything I do.

The bridge

East & West —
an ongoing integration

I return to Thailand almost every year — not to collect qualifications, but to keep learning. My practice has always sought to bridge Eastern and Western therapeutic traditions, and that commitment is alive and ongoing. Chi Nei Tsang was the practice that surprised me most: the point where manual precision, energetic awareness and somatic listening converge into something I hadn't found anywhere else. It still fascinates me.

Care for all bodies

Oncology &
cancer care

I hold a Level 3 qualification in Oncology Massage and Cancer Care from the School of Natural Therapy, accredited by both the FHT and SATCC. This training means my practice can extend, with skill and sensitivity, to clients at every stage of health.
